Kiwis are not content to take a run-of-the-mill gas station pit stop. They spice things up by attaching planes to their gas stations. This Cookie Time plane-turned-cafe is a famous NZ landmark along State Highway One in the town of Mangaweka. It is a DC-3 plane manufactured in America during WWII... much bigger inside than I expected.
