In Like a A Lion

Daylight savings time has arrived in New Zealand. We are now 17 hours ahead of the US east coast. It took me half the morning to realize this because, apparently, cell phone clocks don't automatically update here. Is it too much to ask for accurate timekeeping? I'm surprised because these cell phones have the technology to track your exact whereabouts. The display screen always shows what section of the city you're in - to such a degree of specificity that my living room and bedroom are logged as separate locations. Too "big brother" for my liking.

Another sure sign that spring is on the way... boobtubes are on sale. Tubetops are called boobtubes! I love this. The Kiwis don't mince words. Let's call a spade a spade.
