1) Define “ta.”
2) Define “arvo.”
3) This picture was taken at the local train station. Now that you know how to speak Kiwi, please tell me HOW MANY PEOPLE DIDN’T CROSS WHERE IT'S SAFE?

1) "Ta" is a shortened form of "thanks." Extra bonus points if you can tell me why a one-syllable word requires abbreviation.
2) "Arvo" is a shortened form of "afternoon." This abbreviation is more understandable, but I'm not sure where the V came from.
3) I have no idea how many people dind't cross where it's safe. But, knowing the reckless Kiwis, I would guess HEAPS!
I enjoyed the language lessons. Ta!
i was gonna guess heaps! i totally didn't cheat and see your answer first.
sadly, your tests are more rewarding then my ones at school.
